Salary: £25K - £35K depending on experience
Hours: Full-time, 40 hpw
Location: Flexible hybrid (2 home, 3 office) Swanwick Marina, Southampton

We’re looking to increase our capacity for sucessfully connecting with and nurturing prospects through to new customers. A new position in our Sales Team, you'll be engaging with potential customers to understand their needs and assess how 3R can best support them.

the role
Primarily, you’ll be called upon to qualify inbound leads, create sales proposals and continously network our pipeline of prospective clients.
In addition, from co-ordinating diaries, events and webinars to leading demonstrations and face-to-face meetings, you'll support the Sales Team to maximize all opportunities that present themselves.
Your role is about gaining trust and building rapport with people - quickly.
You will be required to drive your personal LinkedIn presence to engage with customers, partners and industry leaders - contributing to our position as experts and helping us to build long-term growing relationships.
About you
Specific qualifications are not essential for this role. What's more important is your experience in a similar position, environment and industry. You'll be expected to bring great organisation skills to help you stay connected to multiple prospects. In addition to this, your excellent communication skills will support your ability to forge great relationships and working relationships with colleagues.
What will make you you stand out is your curiosity and positivity for seeking out and nurturing opportunities. In addition MSO proficiency, HubSpot or other CRM familiarisation (for client/prospect comms, social posting and support tickets) and any technical experience that would help you get to grips with our digital platforms quickly.
The icing on the cake for us would be recruitment experience or a firm understanding of recruitment processes and practices.
