About 3r

3R is an innovative business that provide an automated back-office platform, 100% funding and recruitment specific support solutions to SME recruitment agencies.

Having grown organically with our early adopters and now, with scalable infrastructure and a team capable of exceeding client expectations, we’re primed ready for exponential growth.

We’re looking to increase our capacity in Credit Control & Risk team - ensuring that debts for recruitment services are paid promptly. You'll achieve this through building great internal and external relationships, working closely with the risk and accounts team - using a sensible and communicative approach to chasing bad debts.

This is a great opportunity to join our team, learn the ropes and have an immediate impact on our business and our clients businesses too.

the role

You'll be involved with managing financial risk by regularly reviewing credit reports. All our credit risk is insured, and you'll be keeeping tabs on limits and payments due and overdue.

Although much of our credit control process is automated, we'll look to you to build stong relationships to establish reasons for late payments and solve them. This will require a mix of email and phone communications and the clear provision of information required to enable payments to be settled straight away.

On rare occasions when late payments are protracted, we may need to take legal action. With Head of Department support you'll be responsible for managing the escalation process, instructing solicitors and preparing case information if required.

The role will also include providing support and cover to other areas of the Risk & Compliance team.
