Of the top 5 most posted jobs Mechanical Design Engineers whist still commanding the highest salary at £45k it has dropped in the last 6 months as have Electrical Engineer average salaries. Across the smaller posting volumes only Site Engineers (£64k) and Project Engineers (£47k) have higher average salaries. Apart from senior sub-disciplies of Directing and Management, Project Management £56k, Aerospace £51k, and Electrical Engineering £48K are still topping the salary list.

Of the top most posted jobs Software Engineers are commanding the highest salaries at £52k and £65k for Seniors (slightly down is the last 6 months as are developer salaries), with DevOps Engineer (£61k), .Net Developers (£56k) and Data Engineers (£54k) all posting salaries over £50k. And sub-disciplines like Architecting at £72k and SAP at £60k are higher still.
