I Joined 3R on Nov 2021 to help with the technical management of 3R’s IT Services. Initially, this was to assist 3R’s client base as a first point of contact for IT/System related queries ensuring a smooth process for Recruiter onboarding in Back Office and database management in 3RM.
This has evolved to include O365 technical management, cyber security and management of our ongoing systems development work to help maintain 3R’s strong client relationships.
I come from a Technical IT background with a consultancy and development perspective. Having worked contractually with one of 3R’s Partners, I built up a good relationship with the 3R Team and an understanding of their digital products, which naturally progressed to joining 3R when my contract ended.
Every day is different, requiring consistent development, keeping up to date with the latest recruitment industry trends, as well as IT updates relevant to the 3R services we provide our client base.
In all honesty, working with the best team I’ve ever worked with. We all work together to get things done in a very fun and productive environment.
Apart from working with a great 3R Team, I have flexibility within my role to manage my own workflow, as well as time to assist with the development aspects of our IT services - that's what I really enjoy and what drives me.
Well, that would be Pompey, ever since I went to my first Fratton Park game at the age of 10 with my Dad and grandad. I had to climb up a small ladder he made me and lean it against the railing so I could see the game!
