What is your job at 3R?

As Account Manager, I am responsible for managing the relationships with our customer base of recruiters as well as aiding with any queries they may face as a new startup business or growing recruitment agency. Primarily I am a main point of contact for our clients, to understand their business objectives and ensure their needs and expectations are met.

How did you get into recruitment?

I started my journey in recruitment at the age of 25 in London, working as a 360-consultant within the Tech Industry, specifically in Software Engineering. I’ve worked with the DACH & UK market and had the opportunity to work with a variety of businesses from established to start-ups in multiple industries.

I got into recruitment through friends that were already in the industry and could offer me advice about what it is, how to navigate it and the possible benefits. Having previously worked as an Operations Associate and Onboarding Specialist, I had always been in direct contact with current and potential clients and the skills I had gained through that could be transferred to the recruitment industry.

Like most, what drew me most to recruitment were the monetary benefits, but, I have always been a people person so I also enjoyed helping people find their dream jobs.

What do you like most about the recruitment industry?

No day is the same. Although this can be a good and challenging thing, the resilience you see from our customers makes you push to continue to work hard for them, supporting them to attain their goals and build a sucessful long-lasting relationship.

What's the best, most inspiring part of your job?

Helping others is a big part of my job. Many of the people I speak to are starting their own recruitment businesses, so it's incredibly rewarding to see them grow and thrive.

I work closely with our established clients to support their contractors and clients , so it's a great feeling to be able to provide an excellent experience not only for our recruiters, but their clients and contractors as well. It's great to hear the positive feedback from them all.

What gets you out of bed every day?

My girlfriend but more often my 3rd alarmπŸ˜‚. Moving out of London was a big step for me as it was all I knew, but moving to Hampshire with a great future ahead of us has been amazing. It motivates me to do my best to make the most out this amazing opportunity 3R has given me.

You are planning a holiday with an unlimited budget, what are you going to do?

Tokyo! 🎌It has everything there, so would love to go there without a budget to do all the sites and try Wagyu beef!

What are your top 3 albums or songs and why?

Snoop Dogg – The Blue Carpet Treatment – Remember sitting in my Dad's car listening to it on repeat going verse for verse reminds me of my childhood and he’s a big inspiration for me.

Post Malone – Stoney (Deluxe) – the first concert I ever went to and made me understand why people get star struck. πŸ˜‚

Trippie Redd – A Love Letter To You 3 – Has 1 of my all-time favourite songs on here (Love Scar 3) and love to belt this album out in a long car journey.

What's your favourite movie and why?

The Man from Uncle – I love a good spy movie and this one has everything. Also, Guy Ritchie as a director just can’t be topped in my eyes.
