3R appoint new Operations Director to support continued growth

Despite the challenges the UK has faced recently, 3R have experienced strong and sustained growth over the last 3 years. This has been achieved by driving customer efficiency through 3R’s leading technology and continuing to advise and guide recruiters with unrivalled support.

Performing well and consistently has enabled 3R to put plans in place to continue to expand efficiently and mature into 2023 and beyond.

Dan Brogan is the first of several new hires this year that will support 3R’s development of market leading solutions and continued customer retention as well as ensure the team has a balance of expertise to remain agile and focussed on driving 3R forward.

Dan’s background is in Banking & Finance, primarily in the UK, with a short stint in Germany. For the last 16 years he has worked in Barclays, leading teams in the business and corporate banking space across the South East and in London.

This has given him valuable experience of working with SME owners and their teams in a number of areas including access to finance, managing risk and helping them achieve their growth plans.
